On Wednesday October 10th, SuperCharger – a renowned Hong Kong-based Fintech Accelerator embarked on their first move towards Vietnam to conduct private meetings and networking with Fintech Startups in Vietnam in their regional Roadshow.
The breadth of applications ranged from payment, remittance, digital wallet to loyalty points management program. Recognized as one among the two only blockchain-related Fintech pitching projects, the IBL team with its flagship product of Alta Apps – the Universal Blockchain-based platform received special attention and encouragement from the judgement panel, specifically from the program partner Standard Chartered Bank who claims engagement in Ripple, in-house Blockchain Labs and sandbox offer for applicants who can make it to final round. Specifically, the bank’s platform will partly help transform invoices into digital assets with identities on a distributed, decentralized ledger. This will likely reduce the paperwork due to the numerous documentation of distributors, suppliers, exporters and importers etc.
Also SuperCharger team has acknowledged support from Infinity Blockchain Labs (IBL) for introducing potential startup applicants in Vietnam from various businesses of peer-to-peer lending, loyalty points management program and other startup enthusiasts.
